When two parents divorce after the kids are teenager, is the
hardest thing. This affects the kids’ social and emotional life. When the
parents split and do not stays in the same house anymore, that shocker of not
having daddy and mommy together affects. My father left my house when I was 12
and that is something I will never forget, it affected me and my brother
tremendously. When he left everything changed completely I had become the
second mother to my little brother. Since that day I stopped being a young girl
and was turned into a young adult.
